I have seen this with my own machines. A virus has
infected an important .dll file, and i cannot delete it.
Usually, if I have the latest patches to my OS, I don't
worry about it, as the patch will prevent the virus from
doing anything nasty. (I am open to correction on this)
I find the best results from deleting any quaranteened
virus files in the anti virus software from the command
line rather than windows file explorer.
