Hi there,

I've got a Word 2000 document that is 4 pages long, and these pages are laid
out using tables, as it's an application form.

All my tables and data fit on four pages fine, but for some reason, there's
also a 5th page, which is blank, that I can't get rid of. Does anyone know
how I can get rid of this 5th blank page?

Thanks for any help,

Stephen

As a quick fix, I've just made the font size in the 5th page as size 1, and
this has then moved it to below the table on the 4th page, and the blank 5th
page has now disappeared.

This is a quick fix, but is there a proper way to fix this problem in the
future? Perhaps when even doing this doesn't fix the problem, and it's not
an option to increase the bottom margin on the 4th page? Selecting the
space and pressing delete just didn't work.

Thanks,

Stephen

Hi Stephen,

Either that or formatting the last paragraph mark as hidden is all that you
can do.

Hi Doug,

If I format the last paragraph mark as hidden, this fixes the problem too,
but how do I unhide this should I wish to? I can't select anything so I'm
not sure what to do to select it and unhide it again?

Thanks,

Stephen
