I'm trying to delete a folder and when I do a message pops
up: cannot delete(file name): access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that
the file is not currently in use. What does this mean and
how do i delete the file it's spyware!!

If a folder cannot be deleted, and you suspect it to be virus related, boot into safe mode -- restart, press F8, choose safemode. Safemode does not execute items in the RUN section of the registry

Try to delete the folder again

What happens when you run Adaware?

Download Adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ and use it to remove parasites.

Had a similar problem with "leftover" OEM recovery files on a hard disk.
Couldn't change the attributes at all. This solved my problem: Microsoft KB
art. 308418. Had to boot into Safe Mode as Administrator and assign
permissions. Then I was able to delete the files -- this was on a NTFS
system; don't know if it would apply to FAT32.
