Heather

I downloaded "Pirates of the Caribbean" and it wasn't very
good quality, and now I want to delete it. It's taking up
a bunch of room on my computer and I want to get rid of
it, but the problem is that it won't delete. I keep
getting a message saying that another person or program is
using the file, the msg tells me to close all programs
that could be using the file, and then try again. Not only
do I close every program openable on the computer, but I
restart it to make sure that there is no "hidden" program
running it. No matter what I do, I can't delete it. Can
someone PLEASE help me? I need help ASAP. Thanks!

You've downloaded an illegal movie that isn't yet out on DVD and you want
assistance.... Hmmmm!

I should probably just laugh instead but... start the PC in Safe Mode (F8 at
startup) and delete it from there.

And you're complaining the resolution is poor.... Sorry, but I'm glad.

press alt+ctrl+del and then close all the programs under
the applications tab. then close the ones you think are
unneccesary under the processes tab. try deleting the
object. if it doesn't work, close some more under the
processes tab. but whatever you do, don't close
explorer.exe, or anything that is classified as being
used by the account right of it saying "system"
