I have just begun using outlook for uni... me and my friends who have a PDA
with outlook find it absolutly frustrating trying to delete intire weeks or
days that are holidays.... Is it possible i swear ive tryed everything.
The only way i can see to do it is delete every appointment separatly which
is extremely time consuming

View the Calendar folder in By Category view and now you can sort by the
date fields and select a whole bunch of appointments to archive or delete.

hey thank u ... however it doesnt solve for lets say u have all recurring
classes at uni ...it doesnt show them seperatly...only as the single
recurrances So u cant delete like just 1 day of uni easily or 1 week of uni
i think

To delete an instance of recurring appointment you have to open the
appointment and do it there. There are many posts about that approach.
