deleting a downloaded program

On an e-mail the following was at the bottom:


Upgrade Outlook-Add color to your e-mails

I "click here" and downloaded the program. It has added a
bar that says premium along with a lot of other junk
buttons. I want to delete the Upgrade Outlook. How do I
do it?
I Shouldn't of Done it.

have you looked in Add and Remove Programs?
 
Even if Hotbar or something similar is in add/remove it
won't all come out.
You need SpyBot Search and Destroy from
www.security.kolla.de

Also AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com will get these nasties
out.
