deleted word doc

I clicked save instead of save as and I want to retrieve my original doc. How do I find it?
 
Look on your backup disk or tape. If you have Word automatically create a
backup of saved files and you haven't resaved the new file, it will be in
the same folder as the original. Otherwise, it is gone.
