Deleted Web Pages

After deleting a web page it seems as though it still exists in a few
different places. My hyperlinks may find an 'old' page. I found out it may
still exist on the destination server but for some reason some of my
hyperlinks will still point to a page that I had deleted. Any insight on
this would be greatly appreciated. Are there several places you must delete
from?
