deleted unread mail folder

Is there a way to recover this folder or add it back in.

I tried uninstalling it and it came back the same.
 
find the search folders at the bottom of the list and right click, new
search folder...
 
If this is Outlook 2003 then right click the Search folder and select New
Folder
