Deleted Rules still being applied

Hello,

I had a set of rules in Outlook 2003 to delete at once certain emails when
arrived
However this rule was applied accidently to the wrong type of email, thus
deleting them when it should not be...

Once I realised that I deleted the rule but for some reason Outlook is still
applying the rule when there is no more rule existing...

The rule Option windows is empty..

I uninstalled MS OFFICE 2003 and reinstalled it again but once more the Rule
is applied...

Is there anyway to reset MS Office or Outlook to its default settings or can
I use a registry key to clean this up?

maybe you try to create a new profile!
