Deleted Records

Hi

I have a simple Form, howver, on 'lost focus' of a check box i run a macro
which runs an Append and a delte query and then opens another Forms.

Everything seems to work well and the data selected is Appended and delted
to the correct table....However when i return to the Forms it shows 'Deleted'
in all the fields, it not a major problem, but does nopt look good.

Is there something i can run within the Macro, which refreshes the Form to
make the records not appear again as 'Deleted'?

Try to use Macro Action RunCommand with command Refresh
