Is there any way to recover a power point presentation if
it was deleted and is no not in recycle bin?
 
Not natively. There are many 3rd party "unerase" apps that may work The
more you use the computer though, the less chance you have of being
successful.
On a more general note: There are two types of PC users:
Those who back up their important files, and those who do
not do it just yet. Ultimately everyone ends up in the first
group. The transition from one to the other can be quite
painful.
