I posted a question in this newsgroup last week and now my post is gone. Do
these post sometimes get deleted? Why?

Now to answer your question

We are using remote desktop connection on a number of computers...
however,using an XPHOME pc as the client, we cannot print to the local
printer onthe client. Yes, the "printer" box is checked under the
local resources tab. The local printer works, but we cannot print to
the local printer while using rdc.

Are there printing issues between XP HOME and XP PRO using remote
desktop connection? Also having problems printing from clients using
Win98 and Win2000... again... are there printing issues while trying
to print directly to the client computer, using remote desktop
connection if the client is running XPHOME, 2000, or 98?

There are issues if you are using a USB printer locally and are trying
to redirect it via Remote Desktop. Take a look at
