deleted junk folder emails

i accidently deleted folders that were part of the junk mail folder. where
do these deleted junk mails go and how can i recover them?

Anything you delete goes into the Deleted Items folder.
Once you empty that folder, the messages are gone.

you can try an undelete utility, like Recuva
http://www.piriform.com/recuva
but the more you use your computer, the less likely recovery is.
Look for .eml files

A better solution would be to have a backup of your data that you can
recover from, but of course it is too late for that this time. Prepare
yourself by getting a backup program and ensuring it is set up. If you need
help with that, don't ask here; there are other places where you can get
much more help with subjects such as backup programs.
