Deleted Items folder again (repeated from 10/07/07)

Hi gurus out there,

In Tools/Options/Advanced/Maintenance, I have Empty messages from the
Deleted Items folder on exit checked.

This does in fact happen on exiting WM via the X icon, but does not happen
when I Shutdown the computer. Is this normal behaviour or should the Deleted
Items folder also empty on Shutdown?

Just curiosity, rather than a moan.
