Deleted folders and stored emails

Hi there,

I have Windows 2000 with outlook express. Due to an
extremely large file clogging my outbox I had to get a
tech to come in and fix it. Afterwards I noticed that
several folders containing important information I had
connected to my inbox where gone. The tech support told me
they didn't do anything to the inbox but I have my doubts.
They told me that sometimes the inbox "just goes". None of
the folders are in my deleted items folder and I was
hoping that someone out there might know where the emails
are actually stored incase I can retrieve them another
way. I've looked in the Outlook Express folder only to
find 3 .exe files, my address book and several .dll files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
