Deleted files still on server

I'm using FrontPage 2000. Using the folder view I copied and pasted a folder
to another location. Then I went back and deleted the folder from its
original location. After I published, I noticed that FrontPage did not delete
the folder in its original location on the server.

Why didn't it delete it and is there anything I can do so that when I
publish again, the original folder will be deleted on the server during the
publishing process?

FP doesn't delete folders, just the content. You'll need to open your
online web to manually delete it.

The original folder and content within that folder are still on my ISP's
server. You're saying the content of the that folder was supposed to be
deleted but not the folder itself. If so, I should have an empty folder on
the server and I do not.

You are using http publish, not FTP, correct? Try doing a full publish
instead of changed pages only and see what happens.
