When I put an unopened email into the delete file, it opens up. I checked the Rule Wizard and there is no rule. How do I change deleted items to not open
Do you have the Preview Pane enabled? Then configure your Preview Pane
settings to change the envelope to open after x number of seconds;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Preview Pane
