Deleted emails

In cleaning up and deleting previous emails apppended in the the current
last one, I have lost them entirely! There was no warninginal copy would be
lost. Is there any way to retrieve deleted bits of emails? Take care!! Db

I don't understand "previous emails appended in the current last one".
 
Sorry for obscurity Frank.

Sometimes one writes to 'x' an email "a", the reply comes back as "b"
sitting on top of "a"; the coresspondence continues and "c" is written on top
of "b", which is still on top of "a", and so on. There can be quite a stack
of messages going backwards and forwards in this manner. In order to send
just the last received email as a copy to a third person 'y' for example
removing all the rest becomes necessary.

In my case, I did this, and was left with no permanent record of "b" and
"d" and "e", without warning. I expect they are gone for good. Unless...!

Unless you deleted the previous messages you received they should still be
in the Inbox unless you moved them. The ones you sent should still be in
Sent Items unless you turned off saving to Sent Items or moved them from
there.
