deleted adminstravite user account

I went into control panel and deleted the admin account. I cannot figure out
how to get it back and in the mean time I am unable to do anything on my
computer. can some one please help me. Of course I don't have the the XP CD
and I can't get to the restore.

You still have the built-in Administrator Account.
Log on to this account by booting from Safe Mode (XP Home or Pro) or by
pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del twice at the welcome screen (XP Pro).
Once you're logged to the Administrator Account, go to Control Panel and
create a new account.

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account(s) and use Start > Run
"control userpasswords2" to modify the desired account(s). By

design, the only way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP Home
is to reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice
at the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
