Deleted Account Yesterday - How to Recover?

I accidentally deleted the files on my computer when I deleted an account. I have tried to restore my computer to a previous time, but the restore points available are not recent enough. Is there any way I can recover the information which was deleted a little less than 2 hours ago? Thanks Guys

This answer is probably too elementary ... but "just in case," have you
checked the recycle bin (for XP, or the trash bin for some earlier
versions)? Your files should still be there if you didn't also empty the
recycle bin after you deleted the files.
