How can I delete windows mail. I have no use of it and I have never used it?

I suggest that you simply let it be; ignore it.

In Control Panel|DEFAULT PROGRAMS - first link - you can deselect
Windows Mail as the default and choose another mail handler. See the
HELP & SUPPORT files.
 
Just delete the shortcuts to it. There are probably many parts of
the Vista OS one never uses, but that doesn't mean we need to
delete those parts.
