delete web site

does anyone know how i can delete a particular web site
from the address bar? I don't want to delete history
cause that takes everything.

The AutoComplete feature saves previous entries you've
made for Web addresses, forms, and passwords. To delete
entries from the Address bar, you must clear your History
folder. You cannot clear individual entries from the list
of saved entries.

You can do this if it is typed URL.
1. Goto Run -> regedit
2. Goto MyComputer ->
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\TypedURls
3. Check the Url you wanted to delete.
4. You can delete the URL but remember the sequence of
URL numbers shouldn't break. This is very important.
5. Suppose the URL you want to delete is 'url3'. Suppose
the last url in the list is 'url14'. Delete the 'url3'
but rename the last url 'url14' to 'url3'. This practice
will help you to keep the sequence correctly.

If the url you are supposed to delete is not in the
TypedURLs then you have to clear the history (As far as I
know)
