Somewhere I ended up getting a couple of toolbars
installed on my computer that I would like to remove.

I am using XP Home and IE 6.

The title of the to bars are "ISTBAR" and "Search"

I have uninstalled the software for the ISTBAR but the
option still shows when I right click the toolbar area.

When I open IE I always have to remove the check from the
SEARCH toolbar.

How can I remove them from the list and my system?

ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
