Microsoft trys to automatically do things which is very annoying in all their
products. We (the power users are always looking for ways to shut items off
- such as bouncing menus, auto-spell, etc.)

The extra folders in the outlook email are never used - it would be great to
turn them off to reduce the clutter and simplify the folder system. These
include: journal, tasks, drafts, calendar, search folders, etc.
 
This newsgroup focuses on Microsoft Access, a relational database. I
suspect you'll get more response if you re-post to a Microsoft Outlook
newsgroup.
