How do I delete a system restore point?

You can't selectively delete restore points. You can delete all but the most
recent from the more options tab of disk cleanup or you can delete all
restore points by turning off system restore from system properties and
turning it back on after rebooting.

Joshua,

It's not possible to delete a particular restore point. You may use the Disk
Cleanup tool to delete all restore points except the last one.
