delete search history - how to

I have a history entry that won't go away. When you bring up the history
window and click on search...it is always there. I have my history set to
zero days and have cleaned up all of my past history.

A couple of years ago I had the same problem and I had to do a regedit to
delete it from the system. Does anyone know how to do that today or if there
is another option?
