Because somebody at Microsoft goofed, and screwed up the Documenter software. It's a known bug, and I have no idea when or if it will be fixed.

C Cheryl Fischer Mar 30, 2004 #3 The Documenter appears to exclude all Action Queries (Update, Delete and MakeTable). Only MS knows why.
