Delete Old "Ghost" reference to defunct calendars

Under FILE / OPEN / OTHER USERS FOLDERS - after a crash
and then re-statusing our Outlook - I wish to delete the
old references.

The old "ghost" references pull up a blank page linking
to a now defunct location like -
outlook:000000005D06DFC5F05BD411AB0900105ACC7615010071D009
7CE712D311AA5900105ACC7615000000088FBE0000 and showing
the following notice:

"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could
not access the specified folder location".

How do I delete this?
