I was building this server for a client who decided to postpone the
acquisition of it for an indefinite period of time. Therefore, I am now
reconfiguring it for my own amusement and additional education.

In Computer Management, Users, I still have IUSR_<client>-### and IWAM_
<client>-###, along with matching entries of my name (created because I
went into the registry and changed all occurances of <client> to my name).

I've deleted <client> several times, but these two entries keep coming
back. Where is it that I need to edit to permanently delete <client>?

User names and passwords for the IUSR_ComputerName and IWAM_ComputerName
accounts are stored in three locations:
- Internet Information Server (IIS) metabase;
- User Manager for Domains (Windows NT) or Local Users and Groups (Windows
2000);
- Microsoft Transaction Server (Windows NT) or Component Services (Windows
2000).

You can uninstall/reinstall IIS or use Metaedit tool.
