Delete Mail in Outlook Express

Today I wanted to delete all my mails (3,500) from my Deleted Items folder in Outlook Express. First I select all and then I deleted them. My Outlook Express crashed and I had to turn of my computer. Since then I can't deleted any files at all.
Any help?

You may get a faster and better response if you post this question in one
of the Outlook Espress newsgroups rather than here. Your question has
nothing to do with XP networking.
