Hello.

I am able to make a query via the Find Duplicate Query
Wizard in Access 97.

The query works but I can't seem to delete records that
come up on this query list. Is there a reason for that?

Thanks!!!

I'm confused .... the Find Duplicate Query is just a SELECT statement,
that won't delete anything. You have to make a DELETE statement to do that.

Oh, ok. Thanks! I'll try that!

Thanks again.

Hard to say. Normally you can delete records found with the Duplicate Query
record if the underlying query or table is updatable.

Is the source for the Duplicate query another query? Is that query updatable?
