Hello,

Several forms were designed in outlook and these were stored in
outlook:\\mailbox directory. THese forms need to be deleted from here but i
can't seem to do so. Does anyone know how i can removed these forms from here?

Thank you!!

First of all, why do the forms need to be deleted?

Second, do you mean that they were published to the root folder of the mailbox? Or to the mailbox's Personal Forms library?

Hello Sue,

the forms need to be deleted because the name of the forms and their content
are no longer correct. It appears to be located in the roof folder of the
mailbox.
To access them i would need to go to Tools --> Forms --> Choose Form -->
Look In: Inbox or actual user mailbox.

Have you tried browsing to the same location with the Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms | Manage Forms dialog?

i have tried but nothing comes up if I go to Manage forms and select the
Folder Form library and click that mailbox.

The technique works fine here. I'd suggest that you give it another try. Note that if you're seeing them in Choose Form in the Inbox, you need to be deleting them from the Inbox.
