Delete folders from "recent files"

C:\Documents and Settings\my_login\Recent

How can I delete (or hide) folders here? Deleting them would make
easier to find recent files (like *.txt, *.rtf ...) after opening the
folder C:\Documents and Settings\my_login\Recent with explorer.exe.
