Delete files in Explorer

Quite often if I try to delete picures from files in
Explorer it copies them. The more I delete, the more
pictures appear. Why does this happen?

Reduce the sensitivity of your mouse. If it is set too high, slight
movements can be misinterpreted by the operating system.
 
you are clicking the mouse too quickly, try to delete one
picture at a time at first, then mor at a time after that
