Delete file

Can't delete file, told that "Cannot find the specified file". Not sure what the file is, it is in the temporary internet files it is named V9T1SX9P.
 
Every time I have seem that happen, it's because that file is already
gone.(deleted or moved). Try closing that program, or even rebooting and
look again for that file.
