Using Outlook 2007 now but I'm working with the same basic .pst events going
back to Outlook 2000, or whatever it was called back then. Over the years I'd
used labels extensively to achieve automatic formattting. Somehow, the labels
are a mess. Some events have one list of labels to choose from, others have
another, and so on. Where the heck all these lists came from, I don't know,
as some appear to be canned and others clearly mine.
The upshot of this is, I'd like to delete all labels or at least make them
all default to None, in one fell swoop. I'm syncing with Windows Mobile now
and those labels are giving me fits in some programs that use the default WM5
database.
Is there an easy way to do this? I don't mind exporting events and working
with a new .pst if need be.
Thanks,
