Delete Doubled Email Messages

I imported my setting from Outlook Express to Windows Mail using the Easy
Transfer Tool. The problem lies in the fact that I somehow imported it twice.
I now have two of everything including accounts, messages, folders etc.

How can I delete the doubles messages?

There has got to be a way to delete the second message I don't want instead
of manually deleting. I already deleted the accounts manually but need to
figure out how to delete the other messages.
