delete default return address in envelope template

I enetered an address in the "return address" portion of the Tools/Envelopes template and now I can't get rid of it! Granted, if I check "omit" it won't print on my envelope, but I want to eliminate it altogether. Help!
 
I far as I know and tried, the only thing to do is to manually clear the
address when you want to use a different one.
