delete cursor balloon

Just a small but annoying problem.

How do I disable the little balloon that appers

below the cursor when I move the cursor over
some text or over an icon? (Ex: I move the cursor
over the close(X) icon and a balloon also appears
saying"close").

I do not need to be reminded twice, thank you very muchly.
System: Acer TravelMate 2450

XP-Home Edition, 2002, SP2
Internet Explorer 7

Open either MyComputer or Explorer.
On the Menu bar click Tools > Folder Options.. > View tab.
Scroll down, uncheck "Show popup description for....".
Apply > Ok out.
