Somehow I have multiple calendar and contact folders, and when I right click
on them the "delete" is grayed out. How do I delete these?

I have had problems with my email receiving and sending, after I worked
through those problems, I lost my current calendar and contacts. When I
added back my old email information I got them back; however, I have all
these other folders now. Additionally, when I took the .pst and loaded it on
another computer/outlook, I only got my what I believe to be my default
calendar with none of my information in it. Deleting the extra ones will
help, but I assume, I can't delete the default and how do I know which one
that is? And how do I get my information into the default?

Egads! This sounds tricky! Do you connect to an Exchange Server for
your email?

Sounds like you have an irretrievably corrupted profile. Locate all .pst
files on your computer (enable searching hidden files/folders). Create a
new mail profile under Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles->New. Do not copy
your old profile. Configure the new profile to use your current .pst file.
