My company is currently using a terminal server with Windows 2003 Enterprise
edition with all the current updates. I have a group policy configured to
delete the cached roaming profiles when a user logs off. For a long time
this worked without any problems, but now it is not copying off the whole
profile. When a user logs off the terminal server this part of there profile
remains:
Username
Start menu
Programs
Since that is left on the terminal server the next time they log in a new
profile is created and it looks like Username.domainname.000. Then after that
Username.domainname.001 and so forth. There are no files that I can see in
the profile that is left on the server just the directories mentioned above.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks for your time!
