delete by timestamp

I'm trying to find something that will delete old files
with hour resolution. The 'forfiles' command only does
days. GNU gfind is perfect but I can't find a DOS/WIN32
version. Anyone ever come across anything?

xxcopy (www.xxcopy.com) or a FOR /F loop using Frank Westlake's FI
(home.pe.net/~fpw/freeware/).
