Are you asking in general...or are
you asking about Movie Maker?
In Movie Maker...you can right click
the Audio track and choose...Mute.
If you wish to add an alternative/
additional sound file...just import it
and drag it to the Audio/Music track.
And if you wish to save the audio from
a movie clip as a separate .wma file...
drag the Video clip to the Audio/Music
track and go to...File / Save Movie File
....etc...etc....and the result will be a
..wma sound file.
