Please help.

I am unable to run DC Promo on my last server in a domain
that had Exchange on it.

Since I could not uninstall Exchange, I manually removed
it in registry key, but it is still on the Controll Panel
in Add/Remove programs.

When I run DCPromo, the message is;
This is not the last server in the domain.

Steps I have taken;

In Active Directories and Computers I see the 3 old
servers, but can not delete them.
Message is; DSA can not be deleted.

I deleted all references to the above servers in DNS, and
Operation Masters control is to the server.

Please help. Thank you.

If this is indeed the last dc and you're wanting to blow away this domain
you can do a couple of things and you pick the easiest for you.
1) Remove the "old" dc accounts via ntdsutil and then you should be able to
demote gracefully
2) do a forced demotion
articles for both below;

using ntdsutil;

forced demotion;
332199 Using the DCPROMO /FORCEREMOVAL Command to Force the Demotion of
Active

If you have nothing to loose, why not rebuild server OS from scratch?
Nice, quick, clean.

Hi David,

Thank you very much for your advice, the
dcpromo /forceremoval did not work, however "Remove Data
in Active Directory After an Unsuccessful Domain
Controller Demotion" worked.

See the note bellow from the newsgroup. Thank you again.
