Delete admin shorcut

Hi,
I'm on a Win Xp sp2 computer with two users, and administrator account
and a normal user account.

Logged on as the administrator a created a shorcut to a dial-up
conection and I could use it on the user and the admin desktop withou
problemas.

But, how can I delete it from the user desktop logged in as the user?.
I don't have run-as wihen I right click on it. And I can't delete it
because it says I don't have the privileges.

Is there anyway to do it without loging out and loging in as admin.

Not possible to do it from the user account. You'll have to login as the
admin and then remove it.

If you dont want that the user should not be able to access the shourcut.
Remove it from the desktop folder from the All Users profile in Documents and
settings.
