Delete a person from the drop down in the to field

Hello,
How do I delete a name from my automatic drop down menu in
the to field. If I send a mail to fx.
(e-mail address removed), the next time I write mic... in
the to field, the drop down menu keeps the address in the
list. How do I delete this name again.
