Delete a blank page from the window.

In creating a Word document, it produce a second page which is blank. How do
you get rid of the second blank page so it won't be printed when you try to
print the Word doucument?
 
If you turned on your non-printing characters, I'll bet you'd find that
there are returns or spaces or something like that on that "blank" page.

Scroll down to the very bottom of the second page of the document and start
hitting the backspace key.

(Another excellent reason to keep your NPC set for visible.)

Thanks for your quick reply but the backspace did not help. What did you mean my NPC. Not familiear with that acronym. Any other suggestions?

Non-printing characters. ¶ at the end of a paragraph, dots as spaces, ? as
tabs.

Click on the ¶ beside your zoom scale. If you don't have one there, Tools -
Options - View - Formatting marks - All. Now you can see if there is
something - **anything** - on that second page.
