Delegation Wizard Problem

I am trying to delegate control to OU's in my 2003 AD. However, once I
complete the delegation wizard and go back to check my work, nothing is
there. By that I mean if I go through the wizard again the "Users and
Groups" dialog is empty.
I do not know what I am doing wrong. Will someone please help me?

Thanks,
Bob

How are you checking your work? By using the delegate wizard again? You will
not see what is delegated with the wizard. TO see what permissions were
given to the user you delegated to, change the View options in ADUC to
"Advanced" and then check the security tab in the OU to see what permissiong
were delegated to the user account you delegated to.

The AD delegate wizard is not intuitive, compared to, for example, as the
Exchange delegate wizard is.
