delegation and unddelegation administration task

When i delegation some tasks such as creat computer to
user in ou and this user is move to anther ou what can i
do to undelegation hese tasks...

Delegations are simply advanced permissions given to users or groups. To
reset the permissions on an object in Active Directoy you can use DSACLS.EXE
with the /S switch. This should set the permissions on that object (in most
delegation cases that would be the OU the delegation is against) to the
schema defaults for it.
